The sales associate was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She helped me choose merchandise based on my description of preferred jewelry. In addition, she taught me how to assemble my bracelet with newly purchased charms.

I had to wait outside the store. As I waited the customer service representatives were helping customers and very polite to everyone. The wait was 20 minutes and it wasn’t bad at all.
