The associate outside the store was very good at letting everyone know about the wait and the reasoning behind it. Once inside the associate was very friendly and took her time showing me items and I did not feel rushed. I was very happy with the ease of the exchange for the item I was no longer happy with. No judgement just professionalisms.

Aida at Roosevelt Field Mall in New York was so amazing and honestly the best experience I have had at pandora. First I went to the store in the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa and the employee was horribly rude so I was so happy to finally be treated right and the exchange for my ring was so simple. Aida deserves a raise because she was so kind helpful and knew the product inside and out.

I loved the atmosphere and how the staff greeted me and my wife. The store is my 2nd choice for shopping and I will continue shopping there my first choice is the Valley Stream store then this one, these stores are the best on long Island

Management was knowledgeable and courteous. Merchandise is always high quality and beautiful. Store was prepared with cleanliness during this pandemic time.

I went to pandora for a gift for a friend and couldn’t decide on what to get. So while I was there I talk to one of the employees and told what o was looking for they quickly helped me find what I was looking. My friend absolutely loved her charm.
