I was in Pandora for a first time and shop assistant was really nice and patient. They have many stuff there and they were very accommodating.I would definitely recommended this store and I gladly came back.

I was satisfied with the sales and a little bit of knowledge, she wasn’t to sure on a certain item but overall she was nice but I spent $120 on my items and didn’t received the strong together charm with my purchase I was upset about that. I would be calling customer service for that purchase.

To be honest I wasn’t ... you guys should got stock in the store but you guys don’t so that’s why I’m upset

When I was on line, this store employee, I don't remember her name, came to me and asked what was that I was interested on buying, let her knew and she went to have it ready when I went inside the store. I considered this a very nice gesture.

I had gotten a gift, a necklace by the first time wearing it, it broke been waiting for the stores to open again so I could come in and do the exchange for a little thicker chain, since it was a gift I didn’t have a receipt but I thinks she’s the Manager Marisa really helped me and was very friendly, I had just came in for that and I ended but 5 charms on top of my exchanged. Thank you a was very satisfied
