I was looking on line for a bracelet and charms prior to going into the store. The store followed CDC rules and obeyed the social distance law. I found the bracelet and charms that I wanted.

Went first day Pandora reopened. All precautions taken and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. I absolutely love the ring I bought and the sales person was sweet and helpful. She even cleaned my other Pandora rings for me.

Curbside pick up was such a great experience. I went and bought two items one day and came right back the next day to buy another item. Both sales associates were very kind and helpful. Definitely needed to spoil me during this Covid-19 pandemic.

I did curbside pickup which makes shopping difficult. I would like to exchange to bracelet for a bigger size because I could not try it on in the store. It is a gift for someone.

Due to the pandemic I had to call in to place an order and Kevin the associate was very helpful

The sales associate Kevin from the moment he answered the phone was engaged, upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and very optimistic. He made my experience through curb side pickup a great one. He had a great smile and pleasant disposition and even went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

The Sales Associates at Roosevelt field in NY really showed patience. They held an item for me and made the curbside pickup so easy. I called and extended my hold time for 2 days and they were very friendly about it! I was amazed since customer service is not great during this pandemic!

The representative over the phone was very helpful respectful and polite and during Covid19 they had established curbside pickup so it was pretty quick

Because the items and the sales assistant are very up to standard.
