When entering pandora at first, I was not greeted. An employee did acknowledge me, however instead of saying hello, do you need any help/assistance? He just turned his face. At first I was a bit annoyed about that. Within a couple of seconds, I was asked if I needed help. Who is the assistant manager Ashley. Let me start off by saying she is such a sweet person. She was very attentive & informative. She also explained how to take care & maintain my charms. Not only that, she also informed me about my 1 year warranty! Which’s by the way the location in queens center mall DID NOT explain that at ALL! Ashely made it her goal for my husband & I to leave pandora satisfied. We will be returning to this location at Roosevelt field mall moving forward. Even if it is more of a commute for us. I preferred being treated as a valued customer & not just a price tag like the location at queens center mall.
