Staff was great to work with. Friendly and very helpful, especially for a may making a purchase for a granddaughter. I bought a starter kit, knowing I/We will be returning to purchase additional charms. The reason for the return of the initial buy - the size of the bracelet was too small for my granddaughters wrist and will simply be exchanged for a larger size. thank you.

I loved the fact that even though all customer services representatives was dealing with other customers I was still acknowledged while I was waiting to be helped. Once it was my turn to purchase my sales person was helpful by showing me what I can do to prevent loosing my bracelet as I did in the past. I was satisfied because now I have a new bracelet and I will be returning soon to purchase a safety charm so that I can avoid losing my new bracelet.

The store had an amazing collection of merchandise. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist at any given time. The staff are also quite knowledgeable about the merchandise, which can help with recommendations. All together a wonderful shopping experience.

Ashley was very pleasant. As soon as me and my boyfriend arrive at the counter and inquired if they had the charm I wanted and it was sold out, Ashley helped me find other options and even included the sale that was going on. Instead of walking out with one charm, I walked out with two charms that I also wanted and a clip. Ashley even let me know about the different clips and other accessories that would help my charms from falling off. I left with a wonderful purchase and even more knowledge. My boyfriend and I was very pleased about everything. NO COMPLAINTS :) <3.

Nicholas and Lisa were very welcoming and helped me exchange a ring I had purchased at another location. I thought it was going to be a problem because but very quickly they assured me that it was not an issue and within minutes I had a new ring and the exchange was done. I was so happy and after all was said and done I let them know it was my birthday and they had really made my day. I received incredible service and understanding. I was highly satisfied with my experience with Lisa (174645). She was very kind and open to helping me find the item I was interested in. Unfortunately, my size was not available but she was able to order it online for me. She also made 2 more sales - and might I add I only intended on buying one item when I walked in today!! She helped me to find two more rings to match the one I ordered and wasn't pushy AT ALL!! (pushy is a quality I dislike in sales associates). She was open to helping me find what she thought I needed but was not rude if I turned down an item she picked outfor me. I appreciate the effort she put in to making the experience great for my mom and I.
