I was purchasing a charm for my mom. I went to two other Pandora stores and they were sold out. I took my chance at this location and they had it.

The sales rep Cassandra who helped me at Roosevelt Field was a joy: energetic, extremely knowledgable, very helpful with any aspect of the product line and very willing to help in any way she could. I would return to that store just to be able to work with her again and again. The manager was also amazing and as accommodating as she could possibly be and both were very apologetic and did everything possible to make up for the time consuming equipment issues they were facing. It was neither of their fault that ONLY ONE OF 7 TABLETS COULD PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER!!! It took trying five different devices over 35mins to find the one that finally worked...I only waited bc I cannot purchase from your website on my my phone AT ALL!!! The site won’t let me see my cart or complete a purchase on my iPhone (causing me to miss the chance to buy many different charms) so I waited in order to get the order through...but to have only 1 of 7 devices working for your sales reps is not acceptable. If Cassandra and her manager at the time had not been so wonderful, this review would be a negative one and nowhere near as positive as it is. Pandora owes them for thousands in sales to me.
