Nicky the manager was very helpful on making our experience well worth the visit. She explained the cleaning process that would be needed to extend the life of our jewelry.Discount that was Offered was great and we took full advantage or it thanks again Nicky keep up the great work.

Whenever I’m in Roosevelt Field, I will browse through the store to see what’s new. I want to see what I might add to my bracelet. I also look for any special sales.

Lisa was the sales associate that helped me. She was interested in what I was looking for and helped me make decisions on the items I purchased. Lisa was very knowledgeable with the items the store carried. I was very happy with the service and will be returning for a few more items.

Though we couldn’t purchase the certain items I originally planned to because they were out of stock, Nick helped us so much to find what we ended up purchasing. He went back and forth countless times pulling out different trays because we had to decide in-store. We left happy with our purchase, but I still think of the item I originally wanted to buy, and I hope it becomes available one day.

I had issues with my payment method. I had the item put on hold until I resolved my issue. When I came back I asked to be checked out ahead of the line outside. I thought I would be able to swiftly continue the transaction. Due to a lack of workers and very long line I had to wait quite a while before being helped. The cashiers attitude was not as friendly as when I had first stepped in - perhaps due to stress.
