I was exchanging a charm I had gotten as a present. I had the gift receipt for the item. The new one was 5$ cheaper but the associate said I had to buy something with the difference! Luckily my husband has the original receipt in his wallet so it was ok. I thought that was very inconsiderate of the thebstire to have such a policy.

It was a good experience. There was more customers then work. But the workers worked great and satisfied everyone's needs. Myself and a lot more customers were unsure of what they were looking for and/or would like to purchase but the employees demonstrated great patients. Overall, great customer care in the locations, I do not mind shopping here.

At this pandora store one of them sales associates didn't looked pleased to helping me that's when they other sales associate stepped up to taking my service.

The line was out the door, I waited 1 hour to get assistance at the store. The sales associate I had didn't introduce themselves during the time they were assisting made me severely uncomfortable. They were more focused on rushing me out of the store. I then had to return to use a discount Happy Birthday Coupon I had. This required me to wait online again for 1 hour and then proceeded to have to return and re-purchase my item. Instead of adjusting the price. Very inconvenient. Employees need to smile and be more happy at there job. Asking a customer if they have ever shopped here before or if this is there first time here would be nice. I enjoyed Massapequa Pandora too bad they closed they were more nice, presentable and made customers feel welcomed.

The wait was excessive! We waited in line for one hour and 48 minutes before we were serviced. When I was at the front of the line, the next available sales associate (NOT the same sales associate that help us complete the purchase) asked if I knew exactly what I wanted. I replied “Kinda, I’m shopping for a bracelet and some charms to gift a friend”. Instead of her assisting me or even providing a Pandora catalog, she rudely replied “so you don’t know exactly what you want” and walked away. That sales associate proceeded to ask those standing in line behind me if anyone was there to pick up an online order. Definitely not the way to conduct business or conduct herself as a sales associates for a company that aims to be a leader in quality product and quality service.

The sales associate that helped me purchase my items was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The women outside that was directing the customers to the sales rep had a really bad demeanor. Really rude
