The waiting time outside the store was really long. I think you should have more employees working whenever you have special sales events.

My husband brought me my first Pandora bracelet for my birthday while on vacation in Curacao on 7/16/22 less than 30 days my bracelet broke. I thought all Pandora were the same, I went to the Roosevelt Field mall in an attempt to resolved the matter, I was informed that without an actual receipt they couldn't do anything for me. As a result I purchased another bracelet on 8/10/22. the young lady at the store Diana was nice. in the mist of helping I loss one of my charm, I returned to the store the next day 8/11/22 to rectified the matter, while the associates were amazing but I'm sad that I have to buy another charm. i did not only lost my bracelet and now a charm. While I love the product but I'm disappointed about the experience. Moving forward, I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I purchase a Cham and was then given the same charm as a gift. I went to the store to simply exchange it for something else and was given a hard time cause I did not have a receipt. If I want cash back I would expect this but for an exchange this should have been a simple process. The manager did approve the exchange but the associate should have been able to process the exchange 123. I own 3 bracelets with 18 charms and clips.
