I was highly satisfied with the staff. Also was nice to see how knowledgeable she was with the merchandise. Roosevelt Field store was clean and covid friendly. Thank you.

Wait line outside of store was not defined. I already knew exactly what I wanted or I probably would not have made a purchase. There is no way to view merchandise in store on your own. I realize Covid precautions are in place but a digital catalogue should be made available to potential customers in the store ; even if under an associate’s supervision.

There was a line outside the store & the associate didn't say next customer,I had to come in her view& say am I next & she said yes,I showed her what I wanted & had to ask the price for 2 of the charms I brought,when normally they will say it or the tag is on it.Im still a satisfied customer & I thank you

Very small for a pandora location. It's almost unnoticeable. This does not reflect customer service but the amount of people allowed in due to covid does effect us. We may be waiting and have to just go.

The Associate was not aware of the product that you provide. As the customer, I should not know more about what Pandora sells. Will not return to this location again.

I ASKED THE SALES ASSOCIATE FOR A HARD RECEIPT AND WAS TOLD THAT THE RECEIPT HAD BEEN E-MAIL TO ME, I DID NOT REQUEST THIS TO BE DONE AND WHEN I RETURNED HOME TO CHECK MY E-MAILS THE RECEIPT WAS NOT SENT. I GAVE THE GIFT RECEPIT TO THE YOUNG LADY THAT PART OF THE PURCHASE WAS BOUGHT FOR.

The wait time on the line is truly un aceptable. Had this been something for me I would not have stayed on this 45 minute line for a 7 minute purchase. I have been on the line before and actually left. This time it is for a gift and so I had no other option. And there’s no distinction for people who have ordered online and just want to pick up, or people that take literally 20-30 minutes for their purchase. Just think you can maybe find a better way to manage that situation.
