Well, I placed an order online in January but I did an in store pick up because I work in same area. I left the bracelet in the bag in my bedroom on my bench and I usually toss afterwork wear in the same spot. Every day I was planning to make an exchange and pick up more charms. Unfortunately my days were pass due for any returns or exchanges. But the wonderful manager who's always so pleasant, such a lovely spirit.. When I say they searched all over for a march charm but it was out stock. I decided on another one and purchased another charm as well. You have a great team in your Short Hills, NJ location.. 👏🏽👏🏽

Associate extremely helpful. I described what I was interested in she knew exactly the merchandise I wanted. Went back next day another associate helped me with a bracelet the gifts fit twin nieces were Perfect!.
