Salesperson was great! She showed me everything I wanted. I only wish that I lived closer to this store but I live in another state and have a Pandora store near me. Now My family can buy additional pieces for my bacelet in their state as gifts!

I was highly impressed at how friendly and helpful sales person Stacy was. She managed to help me with picking out charms and was honest on specific products which I loved more. She managed to get even more money out of me!

I came in to get something customized for a retirement party. kennya R. was more than helpful in assisting me with my drawing and helping me make it the best ever. Kennya R never rushed me or made me feel like I could not draw what seemed to be lifetime but she was very patience and the charm turned out wonderful

All the workers in the Short Hills Mall was so very friendly and nice. I use to work at this mall my 1st job ever was there. Enjoyed tell them my old stories lol. I will be back to buy more.

Anthony, the store manager, is an absolutely delightful individual and runs an amazing store here. We were greeted outside by an employee who chatted with us while waiting for help to be available. She directed us to Anthony who got us what we wanted and then made several suggestions on additional pieces that would compliment our purchase. The rest of the team was very friendly and engaging as well. Clean, bright, and well stocked store. Will make it a point to come here just due to the excellent service.
