The gentleman who assisted me is great - a major asset to your company. His name is Anthony. Not only did he help exchange a charm that was messed up though only a few months old, he offered to clean my bracelet, answered questions I had about other charms and was just so friendly. The associates at this Pandora store are all wonderful - but he has asssisted me multiple times and I actively look for him when I stop in because I know it will be a good visit.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. While waiting for my sales associate to finish with her customer. Another sales associate cleaned my bracelet will I looked around. They asked what I was looking for and was able to execute my vision promptly! Went in for 2 charms left out with 4 and a clean bracelet
