This was my first time in any Pandora and I was delighted at the atmosphere, the selection and the service. Jess was the sales person who helped me and she had complete knowledge of what items that were on hand.

I had a good experience and the two ladies were very helpful and friendly. They were very nice and helped me go about my purchase.

I just love Pandora's jewelry. I have many pieces from their collection. Some as gifts and others purchased by me. This time I came to the Short Hills Mall store to buy a gift for my dearest Aunt. Kennya, (Salesperson) was so friendly, professional and helped me get just what I wanted. She made my shopping experience fun and easy. Thank you again Kennya and I hope next we meet I hope I'll be purchasing something for myself : )

Kennya was super polite and enthusiastic. Great help with recommendations and even showing me her personal bracelet that helped with my purchase. I originally came in for earrings and also left with a new charm bracelet because of her.

I highly recommend this Pandora because it is extremely clean and they have a lot of options. Additionally, the sales associate was available and she was very friendly in helping me to purchase some merchandise. Overall, I do recommend the Pandora location in Short Hills mall due to the cleanliness, vast options, and friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
