First, the display in the window was eye catching. Second it intrigued me enough to go into the store. Lastly the sales person named Ramon was very polite & helpful in giving me many options to choose from. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Went in to do an exchange about 10 minutes before closing and was greeted with 3 friendly faces. Not only did they help me exchange, he cleaned my bracelet upon his suggestion and while the exchange processed and was shown 2 charms that I quickly purchased that she thought I would like by another associate after talking to me about her own bracelet. I very much enjoyed my experience and did not at all feel rushed. You have a great Monday night team.

The customer service I received during my recent visit was STELLAR!!! The Associates were very attentive to me, my mother and my 7year old daughter. We initially went for a jewelry cleaning and ended up making multiple purchases.
