from the min i walked in i was greeted and quickly helped! the whole staff was hands on with my order. with suggestions and when i say all hands on deck i mean it ! they looked under over and in between for what i needed ! Stacy, Penelope, Ray, and Amy were Beyond excellent !

I was able to be greeted by an associate right away. They helped me to exchange an item I had previously brought online and let me know about new promotions that were going on. All the associates at the Pandora store in short Hills Mall where very Polite and joyful which made A great environment that anyone would love to come back to.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated being greeted when I walked in, not feeling rushed or pressured while there. I also felt they understood that the store was small and difficult to maneuver and so they didn't mind bringing charms to me to look at (since it would be hard for me to go explore and look at the charms mysf).

ray was incredible, he helped me with my purchased and my questions, i will definitely look for him to help me next time i go into store....what a great employee
