The employee who helped me was Anthony. He was extremely attentive to all customers. He was also helpful and not pushy with helping me make a purchase. He also made it easy to exchange a ring I received as a gift. I did not have to stand there and explain my reason for exchanging to have it allowed to be done. Anthony has a very friendly and warm personality. He was even good at keeping an ear out for the other employees and customers--making sure everyone was being helped. But while doing so, he did not make me feel like I was being ignored nor my time wasted.

The Service Representatives were excellent. My Sales Associate was named Stacy B. She was very courteous, professional and her overall concern to help me was in line with her great personality. Her co-worker Natasha wrapped my gift and another co-worker was very helpful as well. The Team was excellent . That was my first time visiting Pandora to get a gift for my Lady as it was our anniversary and I will definitely return. Thank them,,,,,they were great. Sincerely, James I. Smoot

Penelope was able to easily size me and gave me her recommendation on which bracelet to go with. She even help me open the bracelet when I went back to the store a few minutes later because the charm was not oriented the the way I wanted it to be.

The store set-up considered the safety and health of the associates and customers. The associates were pleasant and considerate. The associates acknowledged customers immediately upon entering the store.

The associate was extremely helpful and even helped me make my selections which I am overly please with.

Awareness of the visiting salesman to help me. He was very aware what was happening in the store.

The experience of purchasing was made easy. The sales association was knowledgeable and made recommendations that made selecting convenient. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase.
