The sales rep was very helpful, patient and friendly. The store atmosphere was nice. Social distancing was practiced.

Store associate Ray was remarkably pleasant and helpful. The other staff members were very pleasant also. Hand sanitizer was readily available to customers. Manager overlooked and ensured the store didn’t become crowded. Happy new year to this awesome team!

I love Pandora

I don’t know the persons name that helped us. But he was amazing he really nailed the rings and even got us to buy to rings each. He knew what we where looking for and he said ok and he did that. My friend and I look at our rings are are so excited about them.

The sales associate was efficient and helped me with a charm I was looking for.

The sales associte knew exactly what we wanted and he was able to guide us through what was there. He (Ray)also explained what new orders came in and what other options their were for us to choose from. He also incorporated why some things were out of stock ~ very friendly and overall wonderful.

Sales Rep Kierra was more than delightful. She was friendly, gave excellent service and also quickly presented Over the Moon charm when I asked her if available by any slim change. She was gracious and very helpful. Her Service was excellent

I went to the short hills location and was assisted by Stacy. Originally I was just going in to browse but ended up purchasing a bracelet for my wife. Stacy was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful that I felt obligated to purchase. I definitely will be back in the future.

I was highly satisfied bc I was able to go right in and get taken care of right away along with Leslie the salesclerk who helped me out and lead me in the right direction in what I was looking for !
