I'm highly satisfied because I called the store the day before my visit and spoke to Associate Stacey. Explained to her that I was headed to work and she had my items ready at the register. Once arrived, the sale associate Anthony did a great job processing my transaction.

This time was great last time I spent almost 300 on a bracket wore it one day n the clasp broke in quick check all my neads fell off n I was devestated I still call to c if they found it. N lucky for u I'm still a loyal customer. I'm also still so very sad about this bracelet second time it happened but I loved it. I called n they said nothing they can do about it n I'm still a loyal customer.

The sales people were very friendly and helpful

The sales associate was very friendly and was not annoyed with all the questions we asked. She was very hands on and verbal when we asked her questions and for her opinion on the items we were buying. The sales associate helping us went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable in the store and left the store with everything we were looking for.

The sales associate (Stacy) was very helpful and friendly. The store did a great job of social distancing and cleanness.

As a Pandora shopper I would definitely has recommend the Pandora located in short Hills New Jersey in short Hills Mall. Sales associates were very kind direction was given caution was taken due to the culvert 19 placements of where you are allowed to stand being 6 feet from the left to the right of the person. Total number of shoppers allowed in the store or six in the sales associate made sure that each and every time a shopper left out another shopper was asked to come in of course to sanitize their handsBefore entering the store
