The Pandora in the Short Hills mall is my favorite. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Over the past few years, I make it a point to purchase my Pandora jewelry from this location due to Justin and Leslie. They are extremely helpful and patient when browsing at merchandise and will provide suggestions on how to embellish an existing bracelet or create a new bracelet.

I came i looking for a specific bangle bracelet and "Queen" charm due to the charm being sold out online. The store was sold out as well but the sales associate was able to help me find another charm for the bracelet.
