They got my one ring cleaned in a timely manner and was able to help me when one of my rings was missing a gem! They exchanged my one ring for me!

The manager and sales associate at the Short Hills,NJ Mall were so helpful, professional and friendly. I was at ease in telling them what I needed and they were so great in getting me what I needed. I left the store soo happy and a satisfied customer.

Went to this store because my mom purchased a bracelet in Florida that she was having problems with the lock. Prior to this purchase, she purchased another bracelet that twice she took to the store in Florida because for a few times the lock opened. The sales girl said it was nothing wrong with the lock, however, my mom lost that bracelet that was full with pendants. Since she was having a similar problem with the new one, I decided to take my mother to the store in New Jersey and we are very happy with the service that we received. The bracelet was replaced and the sales girl suggested to buy a security lock. Emily was extremely pleasant and professional.

Well I love the quality of the merch. They didn’t have the bracelet I wanted very badly, I might add, in my size. I wasn’t upset because the bracelet is hot. Just a little disappointed. I bought something else...I am extremely pleased and I will definitely go back.

What made me feel highly satisfied with the friendliness and eagerness to fill associate to help me. Although things that I wanted were discontinued they tried to show me similar items and charms to what I was looking for. They also told me about promotions that are going on this week.
