When I do come to Pandora store they treat me nice I'm well like of the merchandise and staff work that work at Willowbrook Mall and Short Hills Mall very friendly and nice keep up the good work

The selection of sale items were great but should be more of a selection on the gold items. The sale assistance or very patient but there should be limited time of helping a customer @ no more then 30minutes: so others will nit become impatient. Lastly, on returned items, if you have a open return on items, sales assistance should question the return

I was looking for an item that was sold out on line. The sales associate was able to find what I was looking for quickly. She was quite friendly and so was the other associate that assisted her with the boxing and wrapping!
