Upon entering the store I was greeted by Justin H. He was very kind and helped me with my purchase even though I was unsure of what I was planning on buying. He made my shopping experience super easy and his customer service was excellent. I also ended purchasing more items than anticipated but it was all worth it. Definitely coming back.

The associate was very pleasant and patient. He showed me a variety of items in the color I was looking for. He was a good listener which made for a happy experience.

The sales representative was very friendly polite and knows his products so I was highly satisfied with the services

I love pandora, I have 8 bracelets, rings and necklace, I shop in 3 Pandora’s stores and all the time I’m very happy with the sellers and how clean and beautiful the stores are!

Your selection has been slowly declining , especially at this store it seems harder to find unique or new items. Sales staff while friendly do not seem happy about being there. and slowly your prices are creeping up to the point that will start looking at other options, In particular I was looking for a sweet sixteen charm, which you dont have you only have a 16, and looking for new Disney charms and seemed to have the smallest selection of Disney charms from any store

Their were three women in the store. After my initial first walk around someone should have asked to help me especially because their was only one other person in the store and that person was being helped. It took several walks around the store and eventually me standing at a case and trying to figure out the merchandise before the sales person asked to help me

They did not have the charm I wanted in the store.
