The first representative that helped us was very nice, but the second person was regular and not patient. She seemed to be in a rush to get us to finish the purchase.

The charm selection was limited due to stock shortage, the charm that I specifically wanted was very oxidized and was still offered to me to purchase, and there weren’t any bows for the gift wrapping when there usually is.

My daughter received a gift for her 13th birthday and we did not gave the receipt but we had proof of bank transaction showing Pandora and the cost. We had to drive to drive to a Jersey City to do exchange just got bigger size.

Salesperson that attended to my purchase was quite good. However, the price of the cham I wanted to buy was $55.00 as show in display window inside store. Clearly marked $55.00 no question about it. During the purchase process the item rung up as $60.00. I brought this to the attention of salesperson and she said that $60.00 was the price...then another person jumped into the conversation (could have been the manager because she was a little insistent the price was $60.00) This second person insistent the display case showed the price was "starting at $55.00", she was incorrect. The price display was $55.00 So, I paid the $60. for the charm but as a courtesy I should have only been charged $55.00. I don't want an apology. Keep your pricing up to date, no need to be defensive, this is an example of false advertising. Purchased at the store in Short Hills Mall, Short Hills, NJ. Recall, the salesperson that run up the sale was properly pleasant...it was the other Pandora salesperson that butted into our conversation that was not customer friendly.
