I saw too many people inside the store

I wanted to exchange a defective bracelet but couldn't find my receipt. So the wouldn't let me exchange even though I've bought plenty of things have all receipts except one.

Merchandise wasn't available

I was overwhelmed with all the options and I felt like the sales girl was annoyed that I couldn’t decide which piece to buy.

Stacy B was wonderful, but the item I wanted wasn't available. Stacy found three stores that have it, but I really don't have the time to travel that far to get a pair of earrings.

The wait time was a little long, then the sales rep that started assisting me, stopped to finish with someone else.

I feel that the selection in the store was noticeably less than the inventory that is available online.
