The service was good, but I would have liked the sales assistant to be more interested in our need, to help us a little bit more. We chose the piece but still had doubts, and she did not offer us something else in the same venue.

I had just gotten the email for the new charm, the dinosaur one, and so I went straight to the store to see it. When I first purchased the charm I had not noticed that there was a scratch on what would be the beak of the charm or the beak with the dinosaur charm, and I had to return the following day to exchange it. I had no issues with the exchange.

I received a charm more than a year ago. It was a defect due to discoloration and part of the colors has fallen off. I was disappointed that there was no resolution to either fix or exchange..

To be Highly Satisfied we needed to find merchandise we were looking for. Those particular items weren't available. Otherwise our experience at the store was great.

During my visit the store's staff was not very friendly or cheerful. There should be more emphasis with customer interaction to increase shopping experience. I have noticed that some staff at some stores are better than at other stores.

The manager in charge stepping in to assist when he wasn’t even asked; The way they help me get the desired charm I wanted Helping me set my charms up to my satisfaction

I purchased a bracelet a few weeks ago. It was the wrong one and it was damaged, I went to the store closest to me and was told to go back to the original store because of stock issues. I called prior to going to insure they had the correct one in stock. After driving 45 min away. The sales associate was confused. Also, I was informed the store did not restock and did not have a selection for my reflection bracelet.
