I knew more about your merchandise and stock than the sakes associate did. She also had to ask someone what every time I asked for a specific item where it was, if you had it or if it would go with the bracelet I had chosen.

The girls were young and they looked bored. One of them wouldn’t make eye contact with me and the other wouldn’t smile. They also didn’t look very presentable. In comparison with other Pandora’s I’ve visited, the salespeople always look well out together but not these two. Overall it just didn’t feel like a very welcoming place and because I got the feeling they didn’t want to be there, I didn’t either.

I had a 10% coupon I could not use in the store. I was told I had to use it on line only. I still bought the chain. But I thought I was going to use my 10% That was the reason for my visit.

My daughter referenced a ring. It has broken twice over 2 years. Replaced once. Broke again. Would not offer replacement or repair or discount on next purchase. Paid full price for another ring for my daughter that will likely break again.

Sales associate was miserable and moody. We were shopping for a pair of earrings for my daughter and we were excited until it seemed like we were taking up the associates time. I’ve worked in retail and know it’s not easy, I could tell by her body language that she didn’t want to help. We asked questions about the selection of earrings and all we got was a “yes” and “no”. While packing up our pair of earrings, I asked if we could have an alcohol wipe to clean down the earrings and with a grin on her face she found a pack under the earrings tray and tossed it in. It was an uncomfortable experience .

My husband and I went to the store to select a gift and the entire experience made us wonder whether the staff wanted people to purchase Pandora jewelry at all. There was a store staff at the front of the store who let us in reluctantly only after I asked whether I could take a look at the options. The other staff in the store also showed no interest at showing us what Pandora has to offer. Luckily we found something and made the purchase. However soon after stepping out of the store we had a question about gift receipt. The staff in the front blocked us from talking to the other staff, had a vague answer to the question, and made it impossible to clarify.

The bangle I purchase to me it did not look new it like a refurnish bangle after careful in looking at it when I left the store and went home the. So I’m kind of disappointed about that.

When I arrived at the store, the two sales associates were busy helping other customers. I waited without being acknowledge until one of them was done (Approx. 15mins). When it was my turn, the sales associate was unfriendly, she did not pay much attention to my needs, and when it was time to complete the purchase she didn’t even bag my purchase. I asked for a pouch and she left it on the counter for me to bag it.

The woman who helped us was extremely rude and unhelpful. The selection of products was slim to none- I needed a charm for my grandma and asked for something flowers or hearts or butterfly’s & was shown one option & that was “all she had”. She lucky I even bought anything, she didn’t try to suggest anything or ask what my grandma was interested in or was actually no help at all. She showed me one charm & that was it.
