It wasn’t necessary the experience , it was more so the product. I purchased a tennis bracelet for my mother and asked the sales person for the LARGE (9.8 inches) size bracelet. Upon arrival the transaction process was rushed and I wasn’t able to view the product before payment. The bracelet is EXTREMELY too small and it was a Final Sale item. Very disappointing!

Store wasn’t that crowded but I wasn’t greeted at all when I first came in and walked around. I then left and came back. I purchased something and they asked if I wanted to wear it out. I said sure but could I get a box they said no boxes do all I got was a dirty little zip lock bag. No paper bag either. For $100 I expected a better experience and packaging. Literally walked out with a tiny plastic ziploc bag.

Horrible customer service.. I came to the store in mind to pick up couple charms.. in the beginning no one came to help me, I made eye contact with the the sale’s rep and asked her to help me. She did not communicate with me at all.. I asked to look at the charms, she only picked out couple of the charms as I was checking out one of the charms, she took the rest of the charms back ???? I didn’t even have a chance to look at the rest of the charms yet. When I checked out, she didn’t even give me a box and bag??! I literally had to ask for it. What kind of customer services is this?? The entire process was so weird and she seemed like she didn’t want to be there to help me. Not friendly and gave me a bad attitude. I’m so disappointed with this pandora store, totally ruined my day. I will never come back again, and so as my friends! very angry, very bad service.

I recently bought a bracelet in June that was on sale , I was aware that I couldn’t return or exchange the bracelet given that it was a sale item, however I was never told there would be no warranty on it… I wore the bracelet once and it broke , I was willing to even buy a more expensive bracelet given they didn’t have the one I bought in stock , the manager on duty was not trying to do anything about it , she kept saying it’s a sale item and there is no warranty on them , I think Pandora should have different policies for sale item , and since when something that is new do not have warranty, because it was on sale , I have been a loyal customer with Pandora, who spends a lot of money and I am just so disappointed with the policy … I was only to wear the bracelet once and literally bought it two months ago.

I love Pandora and my experience in the NY stores and Menlo Park Mall (NJ) store has always been beyond satisfactory. I went to the Short Hills Pandora to exchange a ring I purchased three weeks ago for my child due to a stone falling out and while the issue was ultimately resolved and while the two managers were EXCEPTIONAL, the sales associate who first helped me was rude and displayed nonverbal cues of disrespect for the customer. When I asked her a question regarding my problem, she rolled her eyes, said "whatever" to my question and this caused a terrible feeling in my store experience. I don't think ANYONE should have to go through that. I have been a regular customer of Pandora and will not return to this store in the case that this particular associate would be the one assisting me. She was completely fine and pleasant UNTIL she was faced with an issue she was unable to solve. Please have Short Hills train their associates in their manners. We DO see the nonverbal cues- ie. facial expressions and we hear the teeth clicks. I don't see this type of demeanor as appropriate in ANY environment.

The assiciate was not being helpful. She was in a rush and wasnt patient . I felt like she wasnt being informative with my purchase. I asked her for the price again and she didnt seem to want to answer.
