Sale person Natasha was a bit rude and not customer friendly.

I went to two Pandora locations. This survey is for the Jersey Gardens location. Extremely rude manager who even at one point took off mask. Waited an hour on line and someone came to the door showed a picture to see if it was in stock before making the line and ended up been taking care before everyone waiting. When I voice my concerned the manager stepped up to me with a real attitude saying well she knew what she wanted and I said I’m pretty sure some people also waiting in this line also did. But everyone else has been patiently waiting. Once I finally got in I felt rushed so ended up leaving without getting what I wanted. Next day went to the old shirt hills road mall location and they were wonderful. Helpful. And they cleaned between each customer other location did not. They had glass barriers the other location did not. The woman and man there on 12/28 morning extra friendly and helpful and patient. Definitely will only go there for now on. In jersey gardens they need new staff and new protocols and definitely a new manager.

The lady who helped me didn’t have a good attitude at all. There was a charm I realized had a few spots on it so I let her know, she decided to clean it. I then looked again, and it was still dirty and told her. This time she seem annoyed saying she’ll clean it and the charm had dirt in it from sitting, which is not true. I decided not to buy the cheek and switched it for another. She was still highly annoyed and didn’t even say anything after the purchase. I said thank you and have a food day loudly and she ignored me. I will return the charm one charm of the few I bought because it’s like she forced me to buy the other Charm after I said I didn’t like the original one.
