Short wait time before entering the store . There was no long line . Strict adherence to Covid-19 guidelines . The staff were courteous and welcoming . And there was good camaraderie among the staff , The manager was very congenial .

Sales representative was able to explain the size and the up keep of the bracelet purchased. She helped with the charm selections. She also cleaned my already purchased bracelet and charms

I only waited on line about 5 minutes before entering the store. Upon entering there was an associate waiting to help me. There was no other customer in the store at that time. She accommodated every request without hesitation. I knew what I wanted but the charm had to be perfect. Overall, I was in the store for 15 minutes and left happy.

My experience went well. I didn't have to wait long and they were very respectful. Super happy with my purchase. Will recommend to others and will definitely go again.
