The manager at the store refused to exchange my bracelet. because she said it was a final sale. I called the company to attest that because it did not state the item was final. The young man on the phone said it was not a final sale. I asked if I can just go down a size she still refused I love Pandora and I still brought something because of the young lady Garcella who was very very patient with me, it was the manager on duty please be advise they hospitality sucks no one should be turned away for an exchange or helpful advice
