First time purchasing anything from Pandora , very crowded but the associate that helped me was very patient with me choosing and picking different charms, will definitly be back

Satisfied however there were some charms you guys didn’t have in store or online. I pray in the new future the company will do a throwback for charms

My associate (Keywanna) helped me put together a nice bracelet w/charms when I did not know where to start! She ask me questions such as: Her favorite food, if she likes to travel, birthstone, etc and helped me come up with ideas for the bracelet. She is also funny and a nice person to work with. She helped me greatly and appreciate it! Much success to her in life!!!!

I was actually advised by the rep. which bracelet suits me, my age and style. She even told me about the number of charms to put on. i am excited to wear my new bracelet. will return to get earrings and a chain.
