This pandora associate was very friendly. She knew about the merchandise and was recommending very nice charms. This associate was very patient , this was very good experience and I will definitely return.

sales person Farhin no. 174722 has great customer service skill and I was impressed that she had such knowledge of the items and was able to recommend what was good for me. I told her I wear the bracelet every day and slept with it on. She arrange the bracelet on my wrist to fit my life style.

The staff remembered me from a previous visit. They worked together to get my bracket clean and shinny again with the new machine. And then they gathered the five additional charms i wanted to purchase.
