I was assisted by the store manager who was very nice and friendly. She helped me with my bracelet and the different choices/selections of charms which I am happy with

It was our first time walking into Pandora and we immediately fell in love. The sales person that helped us was super nice and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressure to buy anything, and the prices were amazing compared to what we thought it would be. We are definitely returning for more.
