The associate was very helpful. He helped make the shopping experience enjoyable. I was not happy that they did not have a particular ring I was looking for in stock. This happens many time as I visit a variety of stores and stock is limited most times. I also was not that a purchase a year ago was not on my loyalty account as the ring has broken and I can not use my one year warranty so very disappointed
