I have been a loyal customer to Pandora, this store in particular, for several years now. The salesperson, Tasha, always helps me with my purchase and with designing a bracelet. She is definitely dedicated to the brand and the products. She is well knowledgeable and I always go with her recommendations.

I Always go to this location they have nice displays in the store everything is bright shining and tempting sometimes the be out of stock but the associate always try to help you in other ways

My husband did not receive his Pandora card so the sales woman had to call to find the number. They gave her the run around but she finally got it, but when she went to check us out they had stopped the number. so she had to call back again. All this took over 45 min. We were lucky enough to get the manager Shyann S.I can not over state how p[leased were were with her over all demeanor If it had been some one else I don't think they would have been that patient. I don"t think the average parson would have been so patient. She was wonderful every employee should take lessons on how to treat customers from her.

Based on the previous with this location. The customer service is great , selections and the assistance with selecting a charm for special occasions was a great experience.

Patricia helped me a lot and I loved my bracelet. The charms she picked were the right ones
