I didn't have to wait to long to be serviced. The store clerk was very attentive to me & what I was looking for. The piece that I bought was beautiful & just what I was looking for. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Whenever I go to that Pandora at that particular location, the staff there are always warm and genuine.

Katherine was very knowledgeable of the products I was viewing. She was great at helping me with my exchange. (My new Pandora reflections bracelet was a size too big and she helped me out by having me try on more than one bracelet to find the size that was right for me.)

The service was really quick. Some items I wanted wasn’t available but the salesperson by the name of Tasha was very helpful she was able to show me other items that i wanted more then the ones that wasn’t available. She was patient with me, my card wasn’t reading in the machine and she didn’t give up after the first couple of try’s she kept trying until i told her i will give her another card
