I was highly satisfied with the service and attention that I was given. I didn't have to wait.

The salesperson, Natalie, was very helpful as she helped my friend and I. She helped us with our ring sizes, as we did not know what it was. She helped us select our matching ring because our previous choice was not an option. I had to buy a Christmas for my friend who was standing there and she was very discrete in hiding it. It was like I did not even buy another ring. Overall, this was a good first experience for me at Pandora.

The overall greeting upon arrival was very welcoming and while you waited they acknowledged you and keep u inform that they will be with you shortly. Shyann the sales ascosiate was very professional but friendly and also very knowledge of the products offered.

Salesperson/Supervisor Shyann first checked to see if I would be approved for a card (which I was). Before checking she advised me of the discounts I can receive if approved and the amount I spend. Once approved I decided to purchase something for my daughter and Ms. Shyann was very knowledgeable and VERY patient with us. As my daughter continuously changed her mind. They knew what they were doing at this store.

Associate was great. I was in there less than 10 minutes. Purchasing was a breeze.
