I was highly satisfied with this Pandora experience because the associate was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable of all the products. The associate also made great suggestions towards creating a theme for my bracelet. I appreciate the extra help when I’m shopping in Pandora.

I am a frequent buyer at this location. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help.

This was my first visit. My son brought me a bracelet for my birthday 9/17. They put 3 charms. I was walking and saw store. I went in and was amazed with the sale ladies bracelets they was wearing. Mine looked empty. The sale lady immediately intervened when she saw I was clueless, but interested. I was going to purchase 1 charm, but got 6. She took her time and assisted me. I was so pleased when I walked out store. I cant wait to go back and see her. I told her its expensive. She encouraged/suggested me to treat myself every 2 or 3 months to charms of my liking, that I deserve it and I'm worth it. I was smiling ear to ear. I was very pleased. I cant wait to fill my bracelet and work on my second one:0)
