Just the wait time for getting assistance from a rep. There was one other person that possibly could have been assisting but was not (possibly a manger I would assume). Also I like to be greeted when I walk into a store.

I visited Pandora at 2 location and my experience was not the same. Before my visit I knew what I wanted to purchase, however, the sales person at the Atlantic mall was so pleasant and informative that I decided to spend a little extra.

The woman at the door was a little rude. We just wanted to buy a present and she gave us a hard time to let us in the store.

The finger measurement, ring selection, and purchase took less than ten minutes. The Black Friday discount made the transaction more affordable. The staff was friendly and complimented my ring choice.

The store was a little smal. I don’t know if it’s the location or what. Feel if the store was a slight bigger it would be more representatives.
