U had visted other stores and the sales are lot of more Friendly's and are interested in your needs, wasn't like that there plus didn't have my ring size.

Wasn’t greeted nor acknowledged even after waiting for over 10 minutes

I love the selection of jewelry options. Allow you to display memorable time period within one’s life

I was satisfied with my purchase but I don't think there is anything to be highly satisfied about. It's charms that I have seen a million times. It has nothing to do with the service it's the merchandise.

What I wanted wasn't available 😕

Just got off of a 14hr work shift and went straight to the store, only to have the staff look me up and down with a condensing tone. I am a Star Wars geek and ask for a specific item only to be shown stuff I did not ask for.

Many of my Charms r beginning to fall off and break also I had to replace a Bracelet because the charm got damaged and stock and couldn’t come off

The sales associate provided many options for me to pick a gift. She also made suggestions

I still had to wait quite a while to be seen. Although when I was seen the person was very nice. I also didn’t really have a problem with waiting.

i had a great experience at pandora, the employee was super friendly and very sweet. i will be returning asap.
