They did not have the charm that I selected for granddaughter.😦

My bracelet did not meet my expectation.

They help me out right away all tho i did waited for a couple mins. I ask for rose gold rings and they brought me rings of my size and even check to see if they have it. When they didn’t know it they ask for help from the other worker and even check the back.

Previous visit was not pleasant at all but this time around, I chosed Leilani and she was very pleasant with my mother and I. She showed me that she was willing to help and she even offered if I wanted to enroll for the credit card. I am very pleased and ny mother is satisfied too.

This store never has large selection of items!! I have to now go online to make my purchases!!

The services that Ashley provided was excellent. we did not wait long at all and we were not rush during our purchasing process.

It was my first time ever in your store. Your salesperson seem to loose patience. It's slot of little things to see and choice from you guys should keep that in my mind !

The store was busy. I had to wait for a bit before I had someone come ask me what I needed.

The young lady that assists me was great overall. But she failed to mention a $10 fee for engraving. I would have getting engraved anyway. Just little feedback.
