I entered the store about 30mins before closing.I can tell the sale associates where tired and just wanted to go home. The associate I had wasn’t rude but I read from his body language that he had a long day and just wanted the work day to be over .

We had to wait on line while an associate was sort jewelry instead of helping customers. I was the second in but I had to wait over 30 minutes.

I answered the question based on my situation. I am not likely to go shopping at that location within the period quoted in the survey. I am nota person to go shopping, just for the sake of shopping.

The items I wanted were available in store but not online. The store was not crowded. I completed my purchase in 15 minutes.

I love Pandora, but the sale associated was very slow , she took to long for start to finish.very disorganized..

The store is busy and there is limited staff. They did the best they could however I will probably shop online the next time
