Cheaper jewelry please

The price for some of the items were to high.Because I would have like to buy more charms for my bracelet the price is to high. That all

my experience at Pandora was great and the employer who help me was very nice and very friendly.

The store is very dirty, the glass were dirty, all the fixtures had dust on them and overall just dirty

There is no specific reason for not being Highly Satisfied. I usually don't shop that often until an item is needed for a special occasion.

There were a number of associates working, but the store was and usually is quite busy. This is also the weekend before Mother's Day. Every associate had a customer so there was a line.

I was satisfied with the service that the store

Walked into the store and stood there for a good 5-7 minutes before being helped. One sales associate was working with someone, one was fixing merchandise in showcase, another who I assume was manager was doing something, however, looked at me but never asked if she could help me. Store was hot, only one other customer was in store being helped. The store associate asked if I needed help, that's when someone assisted me. If not for her, I would have been walked out.

The other employers were a bit rude. The wait times were ridiculous and they didn’t seem to care. I’d rather go to Manhattan to shop.
