I just wanna say that the assistant manager who was there (12/10/2020 afternoon time, Natalie was on break otherwise I wouldve spoken to her personally) was completely stank for lack of a better word. She was sarcastic and wasnt interested in engagement. Luckily Anna was a complete delight. Sweet, engaging, multi tasking and was able to swivel and move with a sense of urgency. Anna is a great representation of the brand and Id love to interact with more engaging associates like her. If it wasnt Q4 Id probably recruit her she was so good. She was knowledgable, personable, empathetic and saved a bad experience. Shes a gem, Anna I thank you for your due diligence.
