The sale associate was very friendly and pleasant to speak with even though some of my problems was not solve. I will recommend my friends to shop here.

The things that you offer on line are never the same far as sale deals etc. Inside the store. Every time I order online it would knock me out. And charge me when it clearly says 35 and up orders will be free.

High price, could not alter purchase at that location. Or return

went there because I lost my first charm. called then and they asked for an item number and was patient while i looked for the item and even directed me to where the number would be. came to the meeting spot and gave us the item in under two minutes

I went in to see a specific item in person before deciding if I wanted to purchase it and it was completely out of stock in every size! I decided to purchase something else.

The wait for assistance from a sales associate was too long. I waited close to 20 minutes for assistance because there were only 2 sales associates available and they were both assisting other customers. I was looking for a book charm and and initial charm but the book charm was sold out and I did not like the initial charm. I ended up purchasing a cat charm. Also the associate did not offer to clean my bracelet after the purchase. I have purchased other charms in other stores and the associates always offer to clean my bracelet.
