Associates weren't available to assist guests. There were 3 associates helping every one customer, leaving people having to stand around and wait. No clear indiciation where the line begins

I was looking for a ring for myself and my partner but i was only able to find a ring for myself because this store doesn't carry a good amount of rings in the size 10 or 11.

I received a bangle as a gift and started having problems with the lock. Recently it opened and i did not notice and i lost a few charms. i still kept wearing it and about 2 weeks later it opened and half of the lock fell off. When i brought it to the store for repair i was informed this bangle was discontinued because of issues similar to mine. The store could not repair or replace it. i purchased a new one to avoid loosing more charms.

The sales associate was nice but she seemed a little irritated at the same time. Unsure if she was tired or in pain but otherwise the experience was alright

The sales associate had trouble printing my gift receipt, so I had to wait for her to resolve this issue.

I returned a damage bracelet. The 1 year warranty had passed. They gave me the sale value and I paid the difference for my new bracelet. My friend went to the same store with the same damaged bracelet and was given a new bracelet without having to pay the difference for a new one.
