I find that the merchandise wasn't easy to view. the selection of merchandise on display wasn't the best. The merchandise I purchased was due to Katherine going in a draw bringing it out for me to see

had to wait longer than expected to be attended to, there were only 3 active employees at the time and the ring i bought for my granddaughter lost a stone when we travelled back home the same day.

I dont really shop at pandora to say I was highly satisfied. This is the second time I went into the store it was fast nothing really difficult because i wasnt purchasing anything for myself, it was for someone else. This time around I'm going in for me let's see how it goes

I dislike that the charms are mixed in and hidden in large stacks rather than displayed. I pop in whenever I see a store to see if there’s a charm my mother would like, but I don’t want to have to have a conversation with a sales associate just to see the charms.
