Sales person extremely patient. Also she was very knowledgeable about the product. In addition she recommended other items during my visit.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. Unfortunately there’s an bracelet I want to purchase. Sales persons stated the bracelet has not been put in the stores yet.

I had lost the back peace to my earring that I bought from pandora earlier in the day. I ask if I could have a replacement for it so I wouldn’t lose the earring itself. She was only able to give me it in silver not rose gold which is what my earrings are but I had to take it in order to not lose it.

When I walked in I was told to wait in a way as if she was annoyed that she had other customers I then waited on her but seen she wasn't to interested on helping me so I approached the other worker who helped Me find a ring she had a kind attitude and looked as if she wanted to help she checked me out and I was happy with my purchase

I exchanged some bracelets I brought online that were too small it was an even exchange yet I was charged $10 more per bracelet. The sales associate did not explain why, I only saw the charge on the bill I also purchased a ring for my daughter the selection was very slim not much to choose from

They were great salesman & great listener with that being said as I explain the personality of the individual I am getting the item for she brought forward all the right things that showed her personality and liking it was a wonderful funny lovely experience I will definitely be coming back to you guys. The way we complicated about the charms rings and necklace it wasn’t about the items it was more like a relationship of between her the individual and items as they are one or a whole I should say just want to extend a big thank you to “Leilani A “ from store 139 Flatbush Ave

they had a promotion going on…. the sales associate never bought it up and after a checkout and wanting to get a piece that wasn’t in the store we saw the promotion on line then we were going to return the items and get it online to get the promotion and it was a problem

So I passed by your store and a ring caught my eye. When I walked in the associate said if I purchased the ring I would get a free gift. At the moment I was so excited for the ring I purchased the ring and left. When I got home I realized I never got my gift. I don’t live around the black from Pandora and I have small children. So it was not as easy and just going back to the store.
